I missed the deadline for ordering my portraits. What should I do?

If you miss the deadline date, you can still order your portraits directly from Heirloom Portraits. Simply mail your order and payment directly to our office at:

Please include an additional $10.00 late fee along with your payment and order form(s). Your portraits will be delivered to your address rather than to the school.

If you are placing more than one order, you only need to pay the late fee once for all of your orders, so long as they will be mailed to you all at the same address. If you would like to use a credit card to pay for your photos, you can also place your order by phone or fax.

Can I order more photos after I have already sent my order?

Yes you can. Call our customer service department at 1-800-263-0946 and someone will take your order over the phone. If you pay by credit card, your order will be processed immediately. Alternatively, you can mail a money order to us, and your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment.

What do I do if my order is incorrect?

We make every effort to ensure accuracy in your order. Should you have a concern, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-263-0946, and we will retrieve your order and review it with you. Any errors will be corrected and new portraits will be mailed to you.

How and when will I receive my portraits?

Proofs are generally delivered within 1 to 3 weeks of the photo shoot and portraits will follow 4 to 6 weeks after orders are placed.

School portraits will be delivered to the school for all orders placed by the deadline. Late orders will be delivered directly to your address, but will require a $10 late fee.

Family portraits will be delivered to the location indicated by the photographer. Keep a lookout for a sign in the local store or school.

If you are not able to locate your portraits within five weeks of the photography date.

How can I order additional portraits?

Additional portraits and products may be ordered by completing and submitting the re-order form with payment. If you wish to pay by credit card, you may place your order by phone or fax. If you wish to pay by money order or cheque, simply mail the payment to our Head Office.

Will I need to pay for shipping when I re-order photos?

There are additional shipping costs specific to various regions. Additional charges may apply for certain products according to size and weight, and express shipping is also available with an additional fee. Please check the order form for specific details.

Can I order photos from a previous year?

Photos are kept on file for two years, however we are also often able to locate older images. For images taken within the last two years, please submit a re-order form with payment. To inquire about images older than two years, please contact our Customer Service at 1-800-263-0946 for assistance.

Heirloom Portraits contacted me to tell me there is a problem with my payment. What should I do?

Please call our customer service department at 1-800-263-0946 and supply us with an alternative form of payment.
