Where do I find my webcode? 

The webcode is at the bottom of the front page on you proof order form. There is no webcode for family sessions and school/childcare sessions when payment is submitted on Photo Day. 

Where do I enter my webcode? 

Click on “Order Photos Online” and enter the webcode.  

How do I select the background? 

First select the package and pose(s) then click the green “Next” button on the bottom right to continue.  You may see then more background selections if you click on “More Background Categories”.   

How do I add additional children to my order? 

After you have selected the package for the first child, do not checkout but click on the green button “Continue Shopping” at the bottom left of the screen. You will then enter the next webcode and continue as you did for the first child. 

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Your order will be shipped approximately two weeks after submission. Please allow another two weeks for mail delivery depending on your location. Please add additional time for orders submitted between Dec 20- Jan 8 and July 15-30 when our production lab is closed for vacation. 

My order has not arrived after four weeks. Do you have a tracking number for my order? 

Orders are shipped by Canada Post letter mail and do not have a tracking number. Please check with your local post office as the package will not fit in most mailboxes.
